Awesome trainers, fantastic place, just great overall. I'd suggest it to anyone looking for IT education.

We lost $1500 on a training course for Office 365. The resources provided didn’t align with what the instructor was teaching, and our staff member couldn’t complete the labs because of that. Only around a quarter of what was guaranteed could actually be done. We offered them multiple chances to fix the situation, but after a bunch of refusals to consider our concerns, we were flat out told no. It’s obvious this company is all about tricking students. AVOID booking any training with them!

After making daily calls to finalize our order for a premium MCSA: BI Reporting On-Demand bundle, my main contact left Tech Sherpas right after processing the payment, but didn’t hand off the account to anyone else. When I finally got another person to help me access the course materials, I discovered they were outdated and didn’t match the current BI software. I asked for a refund, but Tech Sherpas said they weren’t liable for the course content. After struggling through all the modules, I sought access to a practice test, only to find out there wasn’t one available for that course. I managed to pass the first exam, but that was only because I used EdX’s free training as a supplement. Since November 2, I’ve reached out several times for access to the second course materials we paid for in the bundle, using every contact name and email I could dig up, but I still haven’t heard back. At this point, I just want either the rest of what we paid for or a refund.

The material was solid, but the delivery could use some work. I couldn't finish all the course content.

Customer service here is pretty slow and not very helpful. The workflow support is all over the place, and folks just don’t seem to pay attention. There’s no clear way to reach out to the right support staff for issues like missing course materials or taking certification tests. The 'Guaranteed to Run' promise doesn’t hold up and seems to change just to fit the needs of Tech Sherpas instead of the students. Plus, the test engine doesn’t always work, and making you take a 140-question practice test for every course before your actual test is just too much. The only part of this whole experience that was somewhat okay was the instructor; he did a decent job teaching the course, but the skill pipe text wasn’t always there to follow along with.

I definitely suggest checking out TechSherpas. The instructor was super knowledgeable and really dedicated, showing a true passion for teaching. The folks at the training center were also quite friendly and ready to help.

This is an in-depth course, but I really wish we could get a physical copy of the manual.

The training was fantastic! The resources provided were top-notch! But, when I inquired about getting my exam voucher and prep materials, it feels like there's been a bit of a holdup, and I'm still waiting on those. I finished my course a couple of weeks back.

I really don’t think I was set up right for the test. I hit the books and aced the practice exams, scoring over 900 fifteen times straight. But when I showed up for the MS exam, I flunked because there were questions that weren’t on any of the practice tests I went over.

TechSherpa really delivers on what they say, and I managed to ace all the courses I enrolled in. The teacher, Eric, was fantastic and made the lessons engaging, which kept everyone involved. The lab sessions are a solid idea, but a few definitely could use some refreshing. All in all, I’ve already suggested them to my pals and coworkers. Awesome school and fantastic team. Five stars across the board!
